I have for a long time seen the numbers 2,3 and 9 in varying forms, either all together or as 23, 23 recurring more frequently and have come across a few amazing people who i love dearly who also seem to have an afinity with this number..what does it mean....also recently i have been seeing alot of the number 12. Whats does this mean also?
