Phenomenon With 9:22

Question:
This phenomenon with the time 9:22 has been occurring frequently within the last 3-4 yrs. I can randomly look at the time on my phone and see 9:22 AM or 9:22 PM or any digital clock for that matter and see 9:22 AM or PM. Most of the time I just see it and go really, it's bizarre and somewhat unsettling because 9:22 also happens to be my birthday Sept. 22. I don't know if this is a bad or good omen. What does it mean?

Answer: (Responses to questions rely on the accuracy of the name and birth date provided with the question. Typographical errors or incomplete information can result in an incorrect response.)

According to traditional numerology, it's not an omen at all, neither good nor bad.

Admittedly, seeing one certain number or set of numbers repeatedly, to the exclusion of others, can give one the feeling that it may be a portent or have prophetic significance.

Consider it this way: You see many, many numbers during the course of a day. Most are disregarded. Many that are noticed are forgotten. One, 9:22, is remembered.

Generally, numbers are remembered when they have personal meaning, are emotionally significant, or seem unusual in some way.

Because it is remembered and the other numbers are not, it seems as if 9:22 has power.

But it's not 9:22 with the power. 9:22 is not in control. It's you who has the power. You are in control. And that's because it's you doing the remembering.

As you noted, 9:22 represents your birthday. The numbers are significant for you. When you see 9:22, you remember seeing it.

When a person sees a number repeatedly and wonders if the number, or the fact of seeing it, has a special meaning for them, then they start seeing the number more often. Because at that point it becomes a mystery and the person experiences an urge or impulse to get it solved.
