Personal Year Start/End Dates

Q.

In my study, I've found there are 2 different instructions on when the personal year starts and ends. One instruction is that the personal year starts on the month and day of birth and ends on the same day the following year. The second instruction says the personal year starts on the first day of the calendar year and ends on the last. Who is right?

A.

The calender year of the society the person was born into is the personal year I calculate for.

My opinion is that, while the numbers in the name are very personal, the birth date reflects the life path and that path is through the timing vibrations everyone agrees to. That timing agreement would be the year-to-year calendar. I've come to that conclusion after doing many readings and inquiring specifically about when subjects first noticed certain changes.

I believe Numerology reflects the times, the current outlook, and the knowledge of the civilization. Witness the perfectly good readings that can be done with alphabets other than English, with different vowel sounding letters and more or less than 26 characters in the alphabet. Astrology, although I don't know a whole lot about it, may be more static, as planets and constellations tend not to change orbits.

Of course, opinions have little effect on The Universe and don't change the reality of anyone other than the one holding the opinion. And opinion is what the above is.
