Name Change for Better Career

I am pasting my previous question and received your insight.Thank You.
My name is "Sridhar __________ by birth, but my used name in records etc. is Sreedhar __________, called name last 7 yrs is Sree. My DOB is __________.
My question is I am always restless, personally reasonbly successful, as professional. But want to be independent and successful in business. Like to help my parents and brothers etc., unhappy when I could not. Misunderstanding with wife and some friction.
What should I do to achieve success and peace. How should I change my name? How will that effect.
Can you pls tell me based on my birth day and my name, the right profession for me. I do not like my profession(IT administrator). Guide me. Also,you mentioned power numbers, how will they be visible to me ?will there be sudden changes in my circumustances due to these new numbers?. 2006, what kind of changes should I be looking forward to.

Sridhar, I can not tell you the exact profession. Ideally, the profession is one where paying attention to details is required and where you can help build for the future. You should, of course, also like the profession.
Your current profession I believe fits the attention to details. Maybe you feel you're not contributing much toward a foundation for the future in the position you now fill.
What makes your heart sing when you think of it as a profession? Those should be investagated as possibilities whether or not the numerology numbers coincide. Contrary to what many people believe, numerology is only a science of probabilities and resonances and tendencies. Self determination takes precedence. Always.
A person can be and work and play and live in ways and means that don't necessarily align with the numerological vibrations. Aligning with the vibrations usually makes things easier. But it's not necessary to do so.
Your power number is the same as your life path number, a 4. The life path number is what I used to suggest the type of profession you could do well in.
The vibrations of the power number begin to make themselves felt a year or more before age 40. By age 41 or 42, its an accepted part of life. It's a gradual increase of influence, not sudden. (It can feel sudden if a person denys the vibration then suddenly accepts it.)
Because your power number is the same as your life path, you won't feel a different vibration, but will feel an enhancement of the one with you right now.
A word about profession: Although your life path number 4 suggests the profession of the type mentioned above, your vowels number and your name number are both the number 5. The number five enjoys and needs to experience new things and ideas intermittently, with not too long a span of time in between.
This seems to be contrary to the number 4, but doesn't need to be. Paying attention to details and building for the future does not preclude learning and experiencing new things and exploring and investigating and learning.
